We are honored to attend the Gluten Free Market hosted in Chestnut Square in McKinney, TX on Sunday, October 4th from 11 AM-2 PM.
Preorders are accepted until September 27th at https://crumbglutenfree.square.site. A large selection of items will be available for sale on a first come, first serve basis during the market.
The menu guide on this page provides detailed information about the ingredients and potential allergens present in each item. All items are baked by a Celiac baker in a home kitchen under compliance with Texas cottage law. Our kitchen does process some gluten with cross contamination protocols in place. While baking, no gluten is present, all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized. We use dedicated ingredients, packaging, and storage to eliminate risk of cross contamination. Additionally, we use clean utensils and practice cross contamination protocols for each ingredient we use to eliminate exposures of additional allergens.
Storage Recommendations:
Cheesecake Cups must be refrigerated and should be consumed with 4 days. To extend shelf life, place the cup in a freezer safe container or bag and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator approximately 1 hour prior to eating.
All other items are shelf stable and may be kept at room temperature. We do not use preservatives and recommend eating within 3-5 days for best flavor and texture. Temperature, humidity, and light exposure can have varying effects on baked goods. If you do not intend to eat a product within a few days of purchase, we reccomend placing in an air tight, freezer safe container or bag and freezing until ready to consume.
